Wills and Probate
Richard Nelson LLP provides a comprehensive service to all our clients on all aspects of estate administration, Will drafting and lifetime planning.
Our primary concern is to ensure that our clients are provided with the support and guidance required to provide successfully for their families, both during their lifetime and after they die.
We strive to provide a professional and flexible service which is designed to suit all needs and we are at the forefront of providing our clients with innovative ways to deal with their legal matters including online services, fixed fees for many of the services we offer and flexible ways of working.
Fixed Fee Services
We believe it is essential that our clients have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the cost of the legal work will be fixed. Many of the services we offer in relation to Wills and the administration of estates has a fixed fee which will be quoted at the outset.
Many solicitors firms still charge an hourly rate for probate services. This means that any letters, phone calls and attendances are charged at an hourly rate with the result that clients only find out the extent of the final bill once the work is completed.
We believe clients deserve to know the cost at the start not at the end. For that reason we will always give you a fixed fee quotation wherever possible, and where it is not possible to do so, will always try to ensure that clients are aware of the basis of our charges and the likely extent of them.
Online Services
In line with our commitment to offering flexibility in our services, we offer a full range of Wills and other documents such as Powers of Attorney, Codicils and Probate Application forms which can be compiled online using sophisticated software. Our Online Wills start from as little as £85 including VAT. To find out more, go to our separate Wills and Probate site Your Will (www.your-will.com).
