Chartered Legal Executive

Michelle qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1997 and as a Collaborative Family Lawyer in 2006.

Michelle specialises in all aspects of family law including financial disputes in separation, arrangements for children and the separation of unmarried couples.

Michelle has particular expertise in cases involving complex financial arrangements. These include those with business, farming and equine assets and those where family assets have been the subject of restraint or confiscation orders.

As a qualified Collaborative Lawyer Michelle is able to offer a range of options to clients when considering which process to use to resolve family issues. These options include offering diagnostic consultations, fixed fees and on line services that can be tailored to meet a variety of circumstances.

Michelle has been instructed and recommended by legal and other professionals on many occasions and is a committee member for Resolution and The Nottingham Collaborative Law Group.

Michelle’s aim is to empower clients to have as much control of the process as possible and to enable them to make the right decisions for them and their families.
