Making a Will
Richard Nelson LLP provides a unique Will drafting service unlike that which you would expect to receive from most other solicitors and Will makers.
Not only do you have the choice of how and where you want to make your Will, but you can also choose the level of support you receive and when and where you receive it.
Using a combination of online systems, email and telephone support, together with offices in many locations around England and Wales, you can chose to:
- Make your Will online using the specialist service available at our Your Will web site
- Instruct us by telephone and we will email or post to you a questionnaire for you to complete and return
- Arrange to call at one of our offices where we will be able to take your full instructions and, depending upon the complexity of your requirements, produce a Will quickly and efficiently so that you can sign it either that day or very shortly afterwards.
All of our staff are highly trained individuals and we use only legally qualified professionals to make Wills. In this way you can be sure that all of the options available to you have been considered fully so as to allow you to provide for your loved ones on your death.
Even our on line Wills are checked* through by our legally qualified staff before they are sent to you for signing and you will always have the option, at any time, either to purchase additional legal support or to switch to a bespoke service.
