If a mutually agreed financial settlement can be achieved we will organise the drafting and filing of all the paperwork with the court to ensure that your agreement is approved by a Judge. This is called a Consent Order which forms a legally binding document and means that no further financial claims may be brought between you as a result of your Marriage or Civil Partnership.
Despite best intentions, sometimes it is not possible to reach an agreement between you. We can advise on alternative forms of dispute resolution or provide advice and representation through the court process, should this be the only way to arrive at a solution.
