Children
In any separation, the first concern of both parents is for the children.
We will do all that is possible to help you make arrangements for your children and advise on alternative forms of dispute resolution, such as mediation or the Collaborative Law process to assist you.
If no alternative solution can be found we will advise and provide representation through the court process.
