Administration of Estates
We are aware of the emotional stress that people face after the death of a loved one and having to deal with the financial and administrative processes that follow can only add to that pressure. For people facing bereavement for the first time the whole process can be overwhelming.
We believe that our job is to alleviate as much of the stress and worry that follows bereavement as possible by being supportive and understanding to our clients as well as completing the required legal formalities in a timely and professional manner.
What is more, clients should know the cost of any legal work from the outset. That is why we are one of the few solicitors firms to offer fixed fees for probate.
Our fixed fee probate services start from as little as £495 plus VAT, court and oath fees and related disbursements.
