Introduction
Under Richard Nelson’s leadership, the firm has expanded dramatically and has offices in Nottingham, London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester and Bristol. The firm is one of the few niche practices of its kind in the United Kingdom. The firm enjoys a national status and conducts cases all over England and Wales, many of which have a significant international element.
The firm is a member of the Specialist Fraud Panel.
The advice provided and the work undertaken is not presented in a commercial vacuum. Experience has been gained of the commercial world and the members of the team are aware of the serious implications any investigation can have for a business and the people within it.
Languages Spoken
Several of the lawyers within the firm are multilingual. The following languages are spoken French, Spanish, Punjabi, Hindi and Japanese.
Funding
The firm accepts funding on a private basis and also offers Legal Aid where applicable. We are happy to discuss funding options on an individual basis.
